Hotel Policy
Dear guests, Thank you for choosing Sandy Bay Hotel 4*!
These rules have been developed based on the current Bulgarian legislation. This policy aims to provide a peaceful, safe and pleasant environment for all guests and hotel employees. It applies to all guests during their stay, including when using the common areas, restaurant, pool, relaxation area and other parts of the hotel.GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Video surveillance:
* A video surveillance system operates on the hotel premises (except for toilets, hotel rooms and the wellness center).
By using the hotel services, you agree to the video surveillance.
Respect and tolerance:
*All tourists are expected to show respect for other guests, staff and hotel property. Rude, aggressive or offensive behavior is not tolerated.
*Please avoid loud noise, music and other actions that may disturb the comfort of other guests, especially during the rest hours between 14:00 and 16:00 and between 22:00 and 08:00.
*Guests are required to take care of the hotel's property and report any damage or irregularities immediately. Damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be paid by the guest.
Alcohol and prohibited substances:
The use of drugs and illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption leading to a disturbance of public order or behavior that endangers other guests will not be tolerated.
Smoking:
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros will be added to the room bill.
Security:
For the safety of all guests, it is prohibited to bring weapons, pyrotechnic materials or dangerous substances.
Storing materials and/or objects that are dangerous to the health and life of others in the premises.
RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION AND STAY AT THE HOTEL
Check-in/Check-out:
* Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present a personal document for registration.
* Guests must be adults or accompanied by a parent.
* For safety reasons, external visitors are not allowed in the rooms and common areas of the hotel, except for the lobby and reception.
* The hotel accepts payments in cash, bank transfer and by card.
* The equipment of each room is checked before check-in and after check-out.
* Guests are responsible for all damages and shortages in the rooms in which they are accommodated. If damage is found, they are subject to charge.
* Items forgotten by guests are stored for up to 1 month, with courier costs for their return being at the expense of their owners.
* Check-in is after 2:30 PM, and the room must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM.
• In case of late arrival, after 6:00 PM, please notify us.
• If you wish to vacate the room later or check in earlier, please request consent and confirmation from the reception that this is possible. An additional late check-out fee of 12 EUR/hour is charged for use of the room between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, the full price of the night is charged.
Food and drinks:
-Breakfast buffet / 07:30 - 10:00 /

-Afternoon Snack / 14:30 - 16:30 /
-Dinner buffet / 18:30 - 21:30 /
-VIP restaurant / 19:00 - 22:00 / - a selection of traditional dishes from European cuisine
* 1 free dinner for stays of 5 nights or more.
* Advance reservation required.
-Lobby bar with terrace / 08:00-23:00 /
-Pool bar / 10:30-17:00 /
* Casual, elegant attire is recommended in the restaurant and all indoor public areas after 18:00.
It is prohibited to bring food and drinks from/to the restaurants and lobby bar of the hotel.
It is forbidden to take food and drinks to the rooms.
Room cleaning and equipment:
* Rooms are cleaned every day from 08:00 to 17:00.
* If you have placed a "Do not disturb" sign or want cleaning after 17:00, please contact the hotel reception.
* Bed linen is changed after every 2nd night. Towels are changed once a day, in case they are left on the floor.
We kindly ask you not to use towels from the bathroom outside the room
* It is not allowed to take property out of the hotel (towels, equipment, etc.).
* It is not allowed to move furniture and property in the rooms and common areas of the hotel.
* The rooms are equipped with central air conditioning. When opening the terrace door or removing the key card, the air conditioning is automatically turned off.
Please close the balcony doors when you go out.
*It is strictly forbidden to jump over railings and balconies, as well as to throw objects over the terraces. This is dangerous for your life and health. Please do not leave children unattended on the balcony.
*Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. An additional cleaning fee of 50 euros will be charged if it is found that the room has been smoked in.
Safe:
* Each room has a free safe.
* Please keep your valuables and documents in the safe.
* For items left in the room or on the hotel grounds, the guest is responsible.
THE HOTEL is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left in guest rooms (outside the safe) or public areas.
Laundry and ironing:
* The hotel provides a "Laundry and ironing" service for a fee. Clothes for washing and ironing are handed over by 17:00 and returned to the guest within 24 hours. Information about the cost of the service can be obtained at the hotel reception.
Parking:
* The hotel has paid outdoor parking spaces.
* Parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved.
* The hotel is not responsible for damage to a car on the territory of the outdoor parking lots.
- Parking next to the hotel - 8 euros / day
- Parking in the hotel yard - 13 euros / day
* Parking of cars at the entrance and exit of the hotel is prohibited.
Pool and beach area:
*The pool and beach area of the hotel are at your disposal from 8:00 to 18:00.
For security reasons, please do not use them after this time.
*It is prohibited to reserve sun loungers and umbrellas with personal belongings on them that prevent their use by other hotel guests.
If necessary, the hotel staff has the right to move your belongings.
*Sun loungers around the pool and on the beach area of the hotel are at your disposal until the quantity is exhausted.
We provide the use of beach towels for the entire stay free of charge. Towels are suitable for both the outdoor pool and the beach. You can request a replacement at your discretion at the reception.
*Children must always be under parental supervision.
*It is forbidden to use the pool by tourists who are not in a sober state.
Accommodation with pets:
* Accommodation with pets up to 8 kg is allowed. only with prior request.
* For the stay of a pet at the reception, a fee of 12 euros / night is paid for pets with established hygiene habits and over 6 months of age.
* Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, wellness center, swimming pool and children's corner.
* Guests with pets should contact the "hotel housekeeping" department to arrange a convenient time for cleaning the room.
* Pets must be kept on a leash when entering the hotel or when staying in the common areas.
* Pets must not be left unattended. Any disturbance, such as barking or whining, must be stopped immediately to ensure the comfort of other guests.
* Guests are responsible for all property damage and/or bodily injury caused by their pet to the hotel or other guests and agree to fully compensate for them.
* The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for property damage caused by their pet.
LUGGAGE ROOM
For the safety of guests' luggage, the hotel offers a luggage room. In order to leave luggage, the guest will be assisted by the reception. Guests can collect their luggage when accompanied by the bellhop. Handbags and purses are not accepted for storage in the luggage room.EMERGENCIES:
Fire Safety
*There is a fire evacuation plan on the back of each room door, as well as near elevators and public areas. Please read them carefully;
*The hotel is equipped with smoke detectors in rooms and public areas and a fire alarm system
*Fire extinguishers and fire hoses are available in an easily accessible place
*If you detect fire or smoke, please contact the Front Desk and share the nature of the emergency, floor and room number, the extent of the fire and any other requested information
Do not hang up the phone until instructed to do so.Natural Disasters
*Remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff. Do not run or panic.
*In the event of an earthquake, take cover. If you are indoors, get under a heavy desk or table, against an interior wall or under an interior door. Stay away from glass, windows and exterior doors. If you are outside, stay away from buildings, sidewalks, and power lines.
*Use the stairs; do not use elevators. Hotel staff will check all exits for safety. You may then leave the building if it is the appropriate action to take.
*In the event of an earthquake, do not use candles, matches, or open flames. Gas lines may be damaged and a flame could cause an explosion or fire.
*Let emergency responders know that you are safe. If you leave your room or leave the building, make sure hotel staff know where you are.COMPLAINTS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGES
*Any comments or complaints regarding the stay should be made to the front office or the hotel manager's office during the stay, so that the matter can be resolved immediately.
*THE HOTELIER is not responsible for claims and complaints that were not made during the guests' stay at the hotel.
*The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for damage caused intentionally, through negligence or carelessness. If the damage is discovered after the guest has left, the hotel reserves the right to send an invoice for the amount due for repairs.
* Sandy Bay Hotel 4* guarantees its guests the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided.
In case of violation of the policy, the Hotel reserves the right to issue a verbal or written warning, to terminate the accommodation without refunding the amounts paid and, if necessary, to notify the competent authorities.
