    Dear guests, thank you for choosing the Sandy Bay Hotel aparthotel!
    GENERAL TERMS
    • These rules have been developed based on the current Bulgarian legislation.
    • A video surveillance system operates on the territory of the hotel (except for the toilets, hotel rooms and the wellness center).
    By using the hotel services, you agree to the video surveillance.
    • Sandy bay Hotel guarantees its guests the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided.
    • The hotel administration may terminate the provision of services to those guests who violate the rules and do not comply with the hotel policy. 


    RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION AND STAY AT THE HOTEL
    • Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present a personal document for registration.
    • The equipment of each room is checked before check-in and after check-out.
    • Guests are responsible for all damage and shortages in the rooms in which they are accommodated. If damage is found, they are subject to charge.
    • Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 6 months, and the courier costs for their return are at the expense of their owners.
    Check-in/check-out:
    • Check-in is after 14:30 PM, and the room must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM.
    • In case of late arrival, after 6:00 PM, please inform us.
    • If you wish to vacate the room later, please request consent and confirmation from the Reception that it is possible.
    Meals:
    Buffet breakfast 07:30 AM - 10:00 AM 
    Buffet lunch /12:30 PM - 14:30 PM/

    Buffet dinner /18:30 PM - 21:30 PM/

    * Casual, elegant attire is recommended in the restaurant and all indoor public areas after 6:00 PM.
    VIP restaurant /19:00 - 22:00/ - a selection of traditional European cuisine dishes
    * 1 free dinner for stays of 5 nights or more.
    * Advance reservation required.
    Lobby bar with terrace /08:00-23:00/
    Pool bar /10:00-17:00/
    It is prohibited to take food and drinks to/from the hotel's restaurants and lobby bar.
    Room cleaning:
    • Rooms are cleaned every day from 08:00 to 17:00.
    • If you have placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign or wish to have cleaning after 17:00, please contact the hotel reception.
    • Linen change is done after every 3nd night
    Safe Box
    • Each room has a free safe.
    • Please store your valuables and documents in the safe.
    • For items left in the room or on the hotel grounds, the guest is responsible.
    Laundry and ironing:
    • The hotel provide the "Laundry and ironing" service. Clothes for washing handed over before 09:00 are returned to the guest the same day by 18:00. In other cases, the service is performed the next day. Information about the price of the service can be obtained at the reception. 
    Parking:
    • The hotel has paid outdoor parking spaces. The price is from EUR 8 - 13 per day/ per car.

    • Parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved.

    • The hotel is not responsible for damage to a car on the territory of the outdoor parking lots. 
    Accommodation with pets:
    • Accommodation with pets up to 5 kg is allowed.
    • For the stay of a pet at the reception, a fee of EUR 13 / night is paid for pets with established hygiene habits and over 6 months of age.
    • A deposit of 100 leva is required, which is used to cover any damage caused by pets, if any.
    • Guests with pets are accommodated
    • Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, wellness center, swimming pool and children's corner.
    • Guests with pets should contact the "Hotel Housekeeping" department to arrange a convenient time for cleaning the room.
    • Pets must be kept on a leash when entering the hotel or staying in the common areas.
    • Pets must not be left unattended.
    • Any disturbance, such as barking or whining, must be promptly stopped to ensure the comfort of other guests.
    • Guests are responsible for any property damage and/or bodily injury caused by their pet to the hotel or other guests, and agree to fully compensate them.
    • The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for property damage caused by their pet. 

    IN ORDER TO ENSURE ORDER AND SAFETY IN THE HOTEL, IT IS PROHIBITED:
    • Smoking in the rooms and in all indoor areas is prohibited. If a violation is found, a fee of EUR 50 will be added to the room bill.
    • Handing over the room key card to unauthorized persons who are not guests of the hotel.
    • Storing in the rooms materials and/or objects that are dangerous to the health and life of others.
    • Removing and moving furniture from the rooms.
    • Violating generally accepted norms of behavior, aggressive behavior and/or actions that endanger the health and property of others.
    • Damaging hotel property.
    • Parking cars at the entrance and exit of the hotel
